Creating Effective PLCs and Defining MTSS
 9am - 3pm

Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are the most powerful means to improve student outcomes. The majority of the day will be used to help you understand the process for implementing highly effective PLCs. In this workshop, we will define the PLC process, which includes creating successful teams, focusing on collaborative data inquiry and data-driven protocols to identify student needs, revising core instruction, and creating effective intervention systems through the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) model.
