ESP’s share options enable educators, families and administrators to contribute to a single collection, sharing back and forth via email and within the platform itself, for a smooth workflow. ESP provides real-time status of completed forms and enables scheduled reminders for incomplete forms to encourage full data collections. Embedded help documents and hover text support usability and clarity, for more reliable data sets. Class rosters and staff lists can be uploaded to facilitate integration of other school data and communication between ESP and a school’s student information system.

Videos and how-to documentation, in-person and virtual training are included with your ESP purchase. Training is provided by Demonstrated Success coaches who have sensitively and skillfully trained educators in data systems for over two decades.
