ESP has made the process of data collection so much easier! What was once an IT-intensive process is now through ESP’s easy-to-build data collection system, a simple, streamlined administrative task. We love that we can design our own data collections, schedule when a data collection goes out, set notifications and reminders, and let the system do the rest. ESP has given us autonomy over our data collection processes and added data structure and validations without needing support from technical IT staff. This has saved us time and IT costs,  and allows us to better meet our deliverables. Being able to integrate the data directly with our data warehouse gives us immediate access to the status and results of a collection. DS always goes above and beyond to provide ESP support.
